ESL Services
The
Fairborn City Schools provides an English as a Second Language (ESL) program
for English Learners (EL)/immigrant students from Pre-K to 12th grade. The
purpose of the program is to help students learn social and academic English
language skills. This service is delivered during the school hours in forms of
small group instruction and/or inclusion setting. ESL teachers use variety of
instructional techniques and strategies to develop proficiency in listening,
speaking, reading, and writing. Students from any culture or language will be
served after eligibility is determined.
