The Junior Leadership Dayton program is for students in their Junior year that come from schools all over the Miami Valley. Junior Leadership Dayton is a program that has been offered by the YMCA for the last 21 years. It is a leadership development program for students that utilizes a partnership with Wright State University and many other community organizations to develop leadership skills in teens. Teens who participate and successfully complete the program receive a $500 scholarship to Wright State and a credit for a management course.
