Although our Central Registration Office is located at the Board of Education, the enrollment process has been designed for your convenience and can be completed online through FinalForms.

Before You Begin the Enrollment Process

Please review the following important information:

• Custody Documentation: Are you the custodial parent or legal guardian of the child? If so, please ensure you have court documents verifying your custodial or guardianship status. Custody& Enrollment FAQ

• Residency Requirements: Do you reside within the Fairborn City Schools district? Please note that Fairborn City Schools is not an open enrollment district. You can confirm your address by viewing the FCS District Map.

• Required Documentation: Do you have all necessary documents to complete enrollment? Please review the Checklist of Required Documents for Student Enrollment before starting the process.
