Fairborn City School District Strategic Plan

We are in an exciting chapter in the history of Fairborn City Schools. With the addition of three brand-new buildings since 2020—and the anticipated opening of our new middle school in August 2027—we are laying a strong and lasting foundation for the future of education in our district. These new, state-of-the-art facilities represent more than just physical improvements; they reflect our community’s investment in a brighter future for all students. Now, as a powerful and timely complement to this physical transformation, we are proud to introduce our Strategic Plan—a guiding vision that will shape our direction, priorities, and progress through 2030.
