Community Advisory Team for New/Renovated buildings
The role of the FCS Community Advisory Team is to represent all Fairborn City School District residents in the development of a vision for the future of district facilities, while considering how this vision is shaped by educational benefit, financial factors and community benefit and support. Team members meet monthly, four to six times, to understand facility needs, educational needs, financial implications and the Ohio School Facilities Commission program opportunities. The team will guide the development of Facility Master Plan options and recommend Facility Master Plan preferences to district leadership. The Community Advisory Team is comprised of representative stakeholders including community, government, business, parents, staff, students and district leadership.
