K-5 Summer Tutoring Opportunity for Fairborn City Schools Students ONLY
REGISTRATION CLOSES THURSDAY, JUNE 3
We have a unique opportunity to work with Ohio Learning Recovery Tutors. This program is in addition to the summer school/camps program already scheduled for July in the mornings. Your child may do tutoring AND summer school if you register them for both programs.
Both Math and Reading Learning Recovery tutoring is available. Each tutoring session will be 50 minutes long. You will also have several other options.
* In person at Baker Middle School Media Center or Virtual through a Google Meet
* There will be three sessions: June, July, & August. You can sign up for one or more months by completing this form for EACH session you want your child to attend.
All virtual sessions are scheduled between 1:00-2:00.
Sessions-
Session 1: June 8 - July 2, a.m. sessions in person, p.m. sessions virtual
Session 2: July 6 - July 30, p.m. virtual sessions only
Session 3: August 2 - August 13, a.m. sessions in person, p.m. sessions virtual
*You can choose the number of days you attend
- 3 days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday OR
- 2 days Tuesday and Thursday.
If you would like your child to attend 5 days a week please complete this form two times: one selecting M-W-F and another time selecting T-Th at the same time or at a different time-your choice.
You will receive a response receipt of the form that you submitted as a reminder of what you have requested. Once the registration period closes you will receive additional information via email with the name of your tutor.
If you have multiple children you can fill this form out for each child. You can also fill the form out multiple times if you would like to have both Math and Reading tutoring.
Transportation will NOT be provided for this tutoring. All in person tutoring sessions will take place at a Baker Middle School Media Center..
