Three students from Fairborn Intermediate have been selected as
winners in our annual Child Abuse Prevention Art Contest. This
means that your school will receive matching cash prizes equal to those that
will be awarded to the students.
Letters were mailed THURSDAY, MARCH 20 to the parents of Autumn Blagg,
Natalie Nolan, and Cydnie Rigato. Winners
and two guests were invited to our annual Blue Ribbon Breakfast at 9:00 am on Wednesday, April 24. Awards,
case prizes, and other mementos are presented to each art contest winner during
the event, following a delicious breakfast.
These students’ artwork will be featured in our 2020 Child Abuse Prevention Calendar, which will be available in late summer of this year.
Thank you for allowing and encouraging your students to participate in our art contest. We think it’s an effective way of teaching children about child abuse prevention and enabling them to communicate an important message to the community through art.
