How will the FHS Virtual Open House work?

IMPORTANT NOTES/PROCEDURES:
  • Any student who does not have their One View completed will need to do so before getting a Chromebook.

  • Students will come through the main door and meet with a secretary (sitting in the hallway) who will check to make sure the student knows their student ID and has their One View completed.

  • Social distancing markers and travel flow will be labeled.

  • If a student has One View completed, the secretary will give the student a pre-printed index card with their student ID on it and this will allow the tech department to provide a Chromebook. No OneView - No Chromebook.

  • FHS Parents who need assistance completing One View can get help at FHS during pickup.

  • Parents with multiple children attending FHS can pick up all their children's devices, regardless of grade level, in one visit.

  • Once a student has been OK’d to get a Chromebook, they will enter through 109 S, get their Chromebook, exit through 109 N, go down the hallway past the Clinic and out the main doors through the 'EXIT' door.

  • Please make every effort to get your Chromebook during one of the above times as FHS cannot guarantee that Chromebooks will be distributed during the first week of school.
