Barnes & Nobles across the country – over 640 stores - conduct an annual “My Favorite Teacher” contest.  High school and middle school students are asked to write an essay about their favorite teacher.

Our store’s winning selection was chosen based on the following:

*Compelling nature of the teacher’s inspiring qualities

*Sincerity of the student’s appreciation

*Quality of expression and writing

This year we are happy to announce Gabrielle Kovachich won best essay when she honored Mr. Riffle, a Social Studies teacher at Fairborn High School.
