Fairborn Athletic Director, Jon Payne received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He received his Master's from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a Certified Master Athletic Administrator through the National Federation of State High School Associations and the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.
